Realia is finalizing its entry into the rental home sector by letting out 85 flats, located in Tres Cantos (Madrid). The firm will channel this business through its subsidiary Valaise, according to Expansión.
The real estate company controlled by Carlos Slim plans to let these first social housing properties during the first quarter of this year, in other words, this month, given that the homes have already been built and are only pending receipt of their first occupancy licenses.
