Grupo Hospiten has announced the construction of a new university general hospital in Boadilla del Monte (Madrid). The project, which will be built on a plot already acquired by the company, which has a buildable area of 40,000 square metres, will involve a total investment of 150 million euros and will result in the generation of more than 350 direct and indirect jobs during the construction phase.
The company is already working on drafting the basic plans and will later apply for the municipal license to begin construction of the centre, which will be located next to the Prado del Espino business park, next to the M-501. The execution period for the construction work is 24 months with the opening of the future hospital scheduled for the first half of 2026.
