The supermarket chain Dia has informed the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) that “all the conditions precedent to which the operation was subject have been met” for the sale of 235 stores and two logistics warehouses to Alcampo. One of those conditions involved “the buyer obtaining authorisation of the concentration of control from the National Markets and Competition Commission (CNMC)”.
In addition, Dia has obtained “authorisation from the financial institutions behind the company’s syndicated financing to carry out the transaction.”
