Emesa & Sacresa Reactivate Finestrelles, in Esplugues de Llobregat, with an Investment Amounting to €270 Million

The property developer Sacresa and the company Emesa are going to build new offices, hotels and other facilities spanning more than 90,000 m2 in the Barcelona municipality.

Emesa and Sacresa are reactivating Finestrelles. With a joint investment of 270 million euros, the holding company owned by Emilio Cuatrecasas and the Catalan property developer are going to carry out one of the largest real estate projects in Barcelona.

Porta Diagonal, located in the municipality of Esplugues de Llobregat, near Barcelona, will have new offices, hotels and other facilities spanning more than 90,000 square metres, according to Expansión.
