The housebuilder Aedas, controlled by the US fund Castlelake, closed 2019 with significant growth in its key performance indicators. The company, which was only created three years ago, generated revenues of €311.5 million last year, compared with €80 million the previous year.
This significant increase in turnover was driven by the delivery of homes, which resulted in revenues of €295.6 million in 2019, compared with €65.6 million in 2018, thanks to the delivery of 833 homes, compared with the 1,055 units planned initially. The rest of the revenues came from the sale of non-strategic plots of land.
