In July, as was the case in June, every Spanish province registered a fall in the prices of homes on sale to a greater or lesser extent compared to the previous month, according to a study of home sales ads by CoHispania.
At the same time, 5.95% of the homes on sale in Spain experienced a drop in price in July compared to the previous month. The figure is almost one percentage point down from the previous month, which showed that 6.85% of the properties on offer in Spain saw their price fall in June compared to May.
