The valuations of real estate assets in the logistics, living, retail and office sectors decreased in 2022, with an especially pronounced fall during the second half of the year. In general, 2022 was marked by an unstable macroeconomic context, as reported by the consultancy CBRE.
In terms of assets in the traditional property sectors, those in the logistics segment saw their value fall by -6.8% during the second half of 2022. The year-on-year adjustment amounted to -2.7%. Meanwhile, assets in the living sector fell by -1.2% in half-yearly terms and by -0.3% when compared to the same period a year earlier.
