The South African fund Vukile Property, Castellana Properties’ main shareholder, has acquired additional shares in the socimi, paying about 28.5 million euros. The company specialising in retail reported the news Thursday to BME Growth.
Vukile acquired 924,806 shares of Castellana Properties on December 1 at a unit price of 5.99 euros, for a total of just over 5.5 million euros.
Two days later, the fund acquired another 320,000 shares at the same price, investing 1.9 million euros.
Finally, on December 23, the fund bought an additional 3.5 million shares in the socimi for six euros each, for a total of 21 million euros.
