Metrovacesa, the property developer led by Banco Santander and BBVA, is finalising an agreement for the sale of two student residences that form part of its urban project to redevelop the land that used to house the former Clesa factory, according to El Confidencial.
The project covers an area of 38,000 square meters, of which 19,570 sqm are intended for tertiary services; 10,380 sqm for green spaces; 7,000 sqm for the public provision of collective services; 600 sqm for rail transport; and 360 sqm for public roads.
