The property developer Vía Célere, a real estate company controlled by several funds led by Värde Patrners, has sold a portfolio of land in Sevilla to Culmia, the firm formerly known as Solvia Desarrollos Inmobiliarios (SDIN).
This is the largest land sale operation that Vía Célere has carried out in its history, according to El Confidencial. On the plots, the property developer, which is now controlled by the fund Oaktree will be able to construct up to 226 homes in buildings with a maximum of eight storeys and several common areas.
