The logistics asset promoter VGP has started work on a new logistics park in San Fernando de Henares, Madrid. The new property will span 11,500 square metres in total, comprising a warehouse (10,700 square metres) and office space (800 square metres). The retail transport company Paack will occupy the property.
The building work has been entrusted to the construction company CBC and Axis Property has advised on the leasing of the asset.
