Urban Campus is starting to operate its fifth co-living building in Madrid, and the second on behalf of Batipart. The project named Urban Campus Maravillas is located in the district of Tetuán, close to Cuatro Caminos and 10 minutes from the financial centre of Azca.
Tetuán is an attractive district for the company as it is home to many young professionals (due to its proximity to Azca, the Cuatro Torres complex and Paseo de la Castellana) thanks to the job opportunities in those areas.
