Thor Equities is going to promote a data centre made up of 10 buildings in Fuenlabrada, Madrid. With an accumulated investment of 600 million euros, it will be the largest in all of Spain. The project will be carried out in conjunction with Arnaiz.
More broadly, the investment firm Thor is planning to create a portfolio of data centres valued at 9 billion euros.
