The Aldi supermarket chain has set up its own real estate company in Spain: Aldi Real Estate S.L., through which it began operating on 3 December, according to the Official Gazette of the Mercantile Registry (BORME) published on Thursday 12 January.
The purpose of the company is the sale and purchase of all types of real estate, as well as the development and construction thereof and transfer to third parties. The new company is located at Aldi’s headquarters in Sant Cugat del Vallès (Barcelona) and has been incorporated with a share capital of 20,000 euros.
