The Socimi Persepolis has completed the sale of a building, which may be used for tertiary-accommodation purposes, located on Calle Eraso number 5 in Madrid in the Salamanca district, for 6.25 million euros.
The property contains 22 apartments plus a basement for storage and parking. In March 2020, a provisional sale and purchase contract was formalised for this property and now the transaction has been carried out through the signing of the public deed of sale.
