The Ministry of Defence Auctions Land and Premises for €4.9 Million

The assets, which range from plots of land to apartments, span 62,574 square metres in total and are located in Córdoba, A Coruña, Madrid, Lleida, Murcia and Valencia.

The Ministry of Defence has put 18 real estate assets up for auction, through its Institute of Housing, Infrastructure and Equipment (Invied), for which it expects to pocket a minimum of 4.9 million euros, according to the Official State Gazette (BOE).

The assets, which together span a surface area of 62,574 square metres, include commercial premises, apartments, parking spaces and plots of land.
