A new hotel transaction has been closed in the Spanish hotel market, which is booming once again. The Israeli hotel chain Leonardo Hotels has completed the purchase of the Ocean Drive Portals Nou Hotel in Mallorca, owned until now by the Marc Rahola Matutes OD Group.
The establishment is located in Portals Nou, in the municipality of Calciá, one of the most exclusive areas of the Balearic island. It has 77 rooms and a four-star superior rating. Its main features include its space to hold events both inside and outside, with its Pool Terrace and Sky Bar.
