The Ministry of Transport, Mobility and the Urban Agenda is still working on the text for the first State Housing Act in Spain’s history, which will regulate rental prices. Approval of the Act, which was scheduled for January, has been delayed.
However, the Ministry plans to continue refining the new law until mid-February, when it will take it to the Council of Ministers, according to sources from the department speaking to Europa Press.
