The property developer owned by the fund Argis is launching a new development in Madrid. Argis Living is going to promote 708 homes in San Sebastián de los Reyes, involving a total investment of 50 million euros.
The project will comprise 708 loft-style units, with more than 3,500 square metres of common areas, an indoor and outdoor semi-Olympic sized pool, a gym, a children’s climbing wall, a running track and a coworking space. The future properties will have an “A” Energy Efficiency rating.
