The consulting firm Knight Frank has advised the French investment fund Heracles Investissement on the sale of La Vega shopping centre, located in Alcobendas. The deal comes at the height of the Covid-19 crisis, at a time when the few transactions that are being carried out are, by their nature, particularly significant.
In fact, and despite the crises facing the retail sector in terms of sales and business strategy in light of the push from online commerce, the last few months have seen refinancings, macro-sales, such as those executed by Intu, and several minor operations. Such is the case of Sareb, which has closed the sale of the El Médano shopping centre, located in Granadilla de Abona (Tenerife), for 3.7 million euros.
