The National Securities Market Commission has given the green light to Orinoquia Real Estate, the real estate investment vehicle owned by the Capriles family in Spain, to go public, according to El Confidencial.
As such, the company specialising in the luxury residential market in Spain is going to star in the first stock market debut of a Socimi in 2021 after the CNMV granted it an ISIN code.
