According to auctionsprocuradores.com, the most expensive asset up for sale is a hotel operated by RafaelHotels on Calle Alcalá in Madrid, whose minimum bid price has been set at 8.2 million euros. The other major gem is a hotel in Baqueira, which has a minimum bid price of 4.72 million.
