Ten Brinke Purchases Land for its Commercial Project in Tarragona

Ten Brinke Group has signed a public deed with Tarragona City Council to purchase the land where it is going to develop an ambitious commercial project.

The plots of land that form part of Tarragona’s Partial Plan 10 now belong to the Ten Brinke Group. The property developer and the current owner, Tarragona City Council, have just signed the public deed of sale for the land where the company will develop an ambitious commercial project. The event held in Tarragona was attended by the President of SMHAUSA, Herman Pinedo; the President of the PP10 owners Association, Ángel del Pozo; the CEO of the Ten Brinke Group in Spain, Jörg Tiggemann, along with the Group’s Director of Investments, Enrique Segura, and its Head of Region for Cataluña, Joaquín Alonso.
