The British property developer Taylor Wimpey is preparing to invest around five million euros in a new project on the Mallorcan coast.
The project in question is the Ikat residential complex, located a few metres from the centre of Ses Salines, in Mallorca. The complex will comprise 23 two-bedroom units, consisting of ground floor apartments with a private garden and penthouses with direct access to their own solarium terraces. There will also be some duplexes with a garden and a solarium. Prices will start from € 260,000 + VAT.
