The Supreme Court has set 30 September as the date for its ruling on the appeals admitted for processing in relation to the IRPH-referenced mortgages, according to a decision taken on 17 July.
The Civil Chamber of the High Court, which has appointed Judge Ángeles Parra Lucán as its speaker, has announced that it will not admit any other appeals in relation to the IRPH cases until a ruling has been issued for those already admitted.
