The strong figures for the evolution of the real estate market in Spain during the first half of the year were reflected across all segments and asset types. Including the residential rental sector, where investment amounted to almost 2 billion euros between January and June.
According to the latest European report from Savills, the first half of 2022 saw record-breaking figures across the continent in the residential rental or multifamily segment, as it is known in the Anglo-Saxon market, with a total investment volume of 27.3 billion euros.
