In one fell swoop, Solvia has completed the sale of six residential buildings in Cataluña. The assets, which are located in the provinces of Barcelona and Girona, comprise 191 homes in total along with 372 garages and storage rooms. The combined area of all the assets is 21,012 square metres.
According to the Brains Real Estate real estate big data platform, the average price of a residential property in Cataluña currently stands at 2,211 euros per square metre. Barcelona and Girona are precisely the provinces with the highest prices, with averages of 2,581 €/m2 and 2,118 €/m2, respectively.
