The businessman Carlos Slim, owner of Realia, has tried to acquire a stake in the share capital of La Finca, the Socimi owned by Susana and Yolanda García-Cereceda and the fund Värde Partners.
Juan Antonio Pérez Simón, Slim’s historical partner, has made an offer to Yolanda García-Cereceda to buy the 10% that she controls in La Finca Global Assets. The company owns around 200,000 square metres of offices for rent on the outskirts of Madrid, and is also the developer of a luxury urbanisation by the same name, according to El Confidencial.
