The property developer Sierra Blanca will begin the construction of its skyscraper project in Málaga soon, after obtaining the construction license. Specifically, the company, which is developing the project together with Metrovacesa, will begin construction in March having already sold 40% of the homes.
The Sierra Blanca Tower development will comprise a complex of apartments and duplex penthouses on the seafront in Málaga. It will span a height of 71 metres and will involve an investment of 75 million euros. The skyscraper will be integrated into a complex comprising two other towers, owned by Metrovacesa, under the name Málaga Towers. Specifically, Sierra Blanca’s skyscraper will have 21 floors with 69 apartments and 2 duplex penthouses, with between 1 and 4 bedrooms, all with views of the sea.
