Siamese Dream, Laborde Marcet’s investment firm, has acquired a set of six bank branches from TargoBank for one of its funds. The deal is reportedly worth between 4 and 6 million euros.
The assets are in Marbella, Malaga, Benalmadena, Barcelona, Jerez and Vigo. The Marbella property has 514 square metres in a prime area of Puerto Banús. In the same province, Siamese acquired 650 square metres in the centre of the capital, and 193 m2 in Benalmádena. In Barcelona, it bought 268 m2 at Ronda Sant Pere 55. The premises in Jerez and Vigo have the same size, 464 square metres.
The buyer is an investment company for clients of Laborde Marcet focused on the purchase and sale of real estate assets.
