The multi-product and multi-client servicer Servihabitat, which manages real estate and financial assets, has led a sale operation that placed more than 76,000 square meters of buildable space on the market. The space, in the Barcelona municipality of Sant Pere de Ribes, is a recently urbanized area that is emerging as an alternative to Vilanova i la Geltrú, an area that is highly sought-after in residential terms.
The buyer, an established and well-known Spanish property developer, whose identity has not yet been revealed, could carry out projects involving up to 700 new-build homes. Throughout the operation, it has held the Presidency of the Compensation Board, leading the urban execution of the area to transform the land and secure the status of the plot of land in order to increase its value.
