Sepes (Entidad Estatal de Suelo) has formalised with the City Council of Talavera de la Reina the definitive reception of the development of the first stage of the Torrehierro business park expansion, as reported by the Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda.
On July 31, 2018, Sepes contracted the urbanisation works for this first stage, which were completed on July 30, 2020, with the electrification works to be carried out by the City Council still pending at that time.
The final municipal reception of the urbanisation was held once the electrical infrastructure of the business park was connected to the Gamonal electrical substation. That allowed the installations executed by Sepes to be put into operation.
