The British Socimi Segro is negotiating the purchase of eight logistics centres in Madrid and Barcelona. The operation is in the negotiation phase, but has already been approved by the corresponding competition authorities, according to El Economista.
The eight facilities are located in San Fernando, Villaverde, Paracuellos (Madrid) and Terrasa, Palau, Viladecans, Cerdanyola and Polinya (Barcelona).
