The property developer RTV Grupo Inmobiliario, based in Barcelona, has started to market its residential project ‘Sa Sequia’, located in the exclusive municipality of Santa Eularia des Riu in Ibiza. The total investment will amount to around 5.5 million euros and the project will be executed over the next 2 years.
The project, which adopts modern and minimalist architectural lines, has been designed by the Ibizan architect Pep Ramón Marí. It will comprise fourteen exclusive homes distributed as follows: five on the ground floor with a garden, another five on the first floor with terraces and four penthouses with terraces and a solarium. The property will also have twenty-four parking spaces, plus storerooms and a landscaped common area with a pool.
