RTV Grupo Inmobiliario and Mutual Goals Investments have invested 15 million euros in a new residential project located in the Barcelona town of Teià.
The residential complex, called “Passeig de Teià”, will have a constructed surface area of 7,500 m2, distributed among 37 homes, a commercial premise, common areas and parking. The project will be executed over the next 18 months.
