The international private equity firm Round Hill Capital is going to build a 12,800 square metre student residence with 500 beds in the Aravaca district of Madrid.
This will be the first purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) development in Spain. The building work will begin this year and the property will be ready for occupation for the academic year 2023/24. In this sense, the company already has all of the necessary construction permits.
