Redevco has found its first partner to facilitate its debut in the Iberian Peninsula. Not even a month has passed since the international manager announced that it was entering the hotel business in Spain and Portugal with the purchase of six assets for 80 million euros. Now, it has revealed that the company that is going to be in charge of the day-to-day running of its properties is Room007.
The hotel operator has leased the six acquired establishments, located in Málaga, Bilbao, Sevilla, Lisbon and Porto, from Redevco, as confirmed by market sources, and has whereby added several locations to its offer and, above all, diversity to its portfolio.
