Room007, the Spanish operator of hostels and boutique hotels, has purchased three assets in the hospitality segment in Sevilla, Lisbon and Porto for an amount that has not been disclosed. Before the end of 2022, the company says that it will expand its portfolio further with another five assets, this time in Valencia, Málaga and Madrid, for which it is currently in an advanced phase of due diligence, according to Eje Prime.
The recently acquired asset in the Andalucían capital is located on the central Calle Tetuán and has a total of 90 rooms. In the case of the Portuguese assets, Room007 has expanded its presence in Lisbon, with an establishment on Pink Street with 80 rooms spanning 3,500 square metres; and in Porto, where it has bought an asset near the Ribera with capacity for 60 rooms.
