Roebuck Asset Management is committed to last-mile logistics and in that vein has acquired a plot on which it will build a distribution centre spanning 15,352 square metres. Together with Grupo Sesé, the investment group has agreed to develop a project that will be located in the Madrilenian town of Torrejón de Ardoz, next to the municipality’s metro station.
Roebuck, a firm specialising in pan-European logistics, has purchased the site where Grupo Sesé will promote the new project, which Grupo Sesé will then occupy as a tenant once the building work has been completed. Between the purchase of the plot and the necessary construction work, the operation could amount to around 20 million euros, according to Eje Prime, citing industry sources.
