The average price of rental housing in Spain reached 11 euros per square metre per month in the third quarter of 2022, confirming that prices have continued to remain at record highs for two consecutive quarters. That figure also represents an increase of 10.8% over the last twelve months, although it contracted slightly (by 0.64%) in the last quarter.
On the other hand, if we look at monthly prices, the average rental price stands at €1,083.7/month, according to data compiled by the real estate big data platform Brains RE.
