The German fund Patrizia is finalising the sale of the new Amazon logistics centre in Alcalá de Henares (Madrid). The buyer of the asset is a pan-European fund also managed by the firm, according to Cinco Días.
The 75,000 square metre warehouse is located on the El Encín industrial estate, just 30 kilometres from the centre of the Spanish capital. The asset, which opened its doors in October, is the American giant’s second logistics centre in the Community of Madrid.
