Despite the major impact that the Covid crisis has had on the real estate sector, development activity in the Spanish capital has increased over the last twelve months compared to last year.
In the last year, Madrid has registered 506 new construction and renovation projects in progress, which is 5% more than a year before, with 382 active cranes. During this period, the increase in the development of new office space has stood out, in particular, according to a report entitled “Madrid from the sky” prepared by CBRE.
