The property developer Neinor Homes has acquired 75% of Renta Garantizada, a company specialising in the residential rental segment. This purchase has allowed Neinor to increase its assets under management by 2,500 units, which when added to the portfolio of 1,200 homes that Neinor’s Rental division is currently developing, brings the company’s total portfolio to almost 4,000 homes.
With this strategic operation, the property developer has created the only residential platform in Spain that offers the full spectrum of rental services (from the purchase of land to the promotion and management of assets).
