Mutualidad de la Abogacía has commissioned the consultancy firm BNP Paribas to sell the BBVA headquarters in Bilbao. For months, the lawyers have wanted to get rid of the building, for which they are asking 150 million euros.
At the end of 2020, Mutualidad de la Abogacía carried out a closed sale of the property located at r 12 Gran Vía in Bilbao, in which only a few investors were invited to participate, according to El Confidencial.
However, none of the participants in the process offered an amount close to the 150 million that the Mutualidad is seeking to obtain. It subsequently opted to change its strategy and hold an open bidding process.
