The Port Authority of the Bay of Cadiz has started processing the administrative concession request from the company Riomarina Desarrollos, S.L. for the construction and operation of a commercial, leisure and recreation area on the left bank of the Guadalete River, in the heart of the Cadiz town of El Puerto de Santa María.
The company, which was established in June, is planning to invest around 10 million euros in the creation of the project in an area whose attractiveness has skyrocketed in recent years following the construction of a pedestrian walkway that unites the historic town centre with an industrial space.
