The property developer Montepino is going to build a logistics development spanning 5,500 square metres on a plot of land measuring 10,070 m2 in the Catalan municipality of Barberà del Vallès. The consulting firm Savills Aguirre Newman has advised the operation.
The new development is part of the so-called “logistics crown” of Barcelona, an area of high demand due to its last-mile potential. Specifically, the project will be located on the Can Salvatella industrial estate, 12 kilometres from the centre of Barcelona and with connections to the AP7, C-58 and E15 highways.
