The logistics property developer Montepino will build its fourth logistics warehouse on the ‘Puerta Centro Ciudad del Transporte’ industrial estate in the town of Marchamalo, Guadalajara. The 37,044 m² warehouse will require an investment of more than 27 million euros.
Montepino’s fourth warehouse in Guadalajara will be built on a 103,253 m² plot and the construction work will be entrusted to the property developer GSE. The warehouse will have a free height of 12 metres, along with 43 docks and 260 linear metres of tunnels and services. It will also have an office area spanning 1,076 square metres. According to sources at the company, the building will primarily serve the rise of electronic commerce.
