According to the BOCM of April 8th, the Madrid City Council has put up for sale, by public tender, six plots of land classified for industrial-tertiary use, located in the former Iveco-Pegaso factory where the municipal government wants to create a large logistics park.
The six plots of land have a total surface area of 45,082 square metres and a buildable area of 101,219 m2. The land is located in the RPA 20.07 Iveco-Pegaso -belonging to the district of San Blas. Its base bidding price exceeds 21.82 million euros, excluding VAT.
The deadline for bids “ends on May 10th,” and the plots are being auctioned “in a single lot,” according to Brainsre.news.
