The impact of the Covid-19 crisis on the logistics real estate market in Cataluña was less than expected in the second quarter of 2020, with a smaller decrease in the volume of logistics space leased than forecast by the experts.
In this way, the level of absorption of logistics space (take-up) in the second quarter of the year was 89,453 square metres, which represented a 17% decrease compared to the same period last year, according to the Logistics Market Report for Cataluña prepared by Forcadell.
