The real estate market is buoyant, reflected in the pace of contracting, increasing rents and investment in the logistics sector.
In the first nine months of 2021, logistics investment is already nearing 1.85 billion euros, according to a report by JLL. The figure represents a year-on-year growth of 167%.
Over the last three months, acquisitions of logistics assets have focused on core and core+ products, as well as land operations. Funds and international capital have led investments, according to the consultancy.
Significant transactions in the sector include P3 Logistics’ acquisition of a portfolio of four logistics assets (Project Centum) located in Ontígola (Toledo), Parets del Vallés (Barcelona) and two in Torija (Guadalajara) for around 105 million euros, a transaction reported exclusively by Brainsre.news.
